Arthur started and ran the Ottawa Folklore Centre for 35 years. He opened years of the ottawa folk festival with his ragtime version of O Canada. He toured Canada with his wife as Moore and McGregor (CD Dream With Me) and the two of them toured North America and Europe as the children’s show, The Celtic Rathskallions. Arthur writes and performs solo and with various partners. He teaches and performs on guitar, banjo, autoharp and Bodhran.
